Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This page explains what Pixel Audit collects, why, who else sees it and how long we keep it. Chen Xuanzhao (sole proprietor) is the data controller.

1. What we collect

  • Account: name, email address and a hashed password, or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
  • What you submit: store URLs, the problem description, and any screenshots or CSV / XLSX exports you upload.
  • What a check produces: the requests the store's tags sent, the reports and the fix steps.
  • Purchases: order number, store, amount and status. Card details go to Waffo; we never see them.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security and debugging.

2. Why we use it

  • To run the checks you ask for and show you the reports.
  • To take payments and handle refunds.
  • To answer support email.
  • To prevent abuse, for example daily limits and refusing to scan private networks.
  • To see which pages people use, through Google Analytics. No report content is sent to it.

3. Who else processes it

We don't sell personal data.

  • Waffo, our Merchant of Record, for payments and refunds.
  • AI model providers (DeepSeek and SiliconFlow). They receive the data recorded from the store, your problem description and the text read from your screenshots and exports, in order to write the report. They don't receive your name or email address.
  • Cloudflare, which serves this website and stores uploaded files.
  • Contabo, which hosts our server in Japan.
  • Google Analytics, for page visits and sign-up and purchase counts.
  • Our email provider, for account and password emails.

4. How long we keep it

  • Uploaded screenshots and exports: deleted 30 days after upload.
  • Reports: 24 months, then deleted.
  • Account data: until you delete your account. Deleting anonymises it at once and removes your uploads; backups roll off within 90 days. Purchase records stay, as required for accounting.
  • Purchase records: as long as tax law requires.

5. Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@solvir.net from your account email and we'll answer within 30 days.

7. Security

Connections use TLS, passwords are hashed, and only the operator can reach the servers. No system is perfectly safe, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.

8. Children

Pixel Audit is not meant for anyone under 16.

9. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
