Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms cover your use of Pixel Audit (pixel.solvir.net), run by Chen Xuanzhao, a sole proprietor in Shenzhen, China ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Pixel Audit loads public store pages in a browser and reports how marketing tags such as Meta Pixel, GA4 and TikTok Pixel behave. Reports are produced automatically, partly with AI models, and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as a starting point, not a guarantee.

2. Your account

Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be 18 or older.

3. What you may check

Only submit stores you own or are allowed to test. Don't use the service to probe sites you have no permission for, to overload any site, or to collect personal data. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Free checks and paid fixes

Each account gets a limited number of free checks per day. Fix steps are sold as a one-time purchase per store (one domain), which opens them for 30 days from payment. The price is shown in US dollars on the pricing page and before you pay. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Waffo, which acts as Merchant of Record. Waffo handles the card payment, any applicable tax and the receipt, and its own terms apply to the payment.

6. Refunds

If the fixes didn't help, email support@solvir.net within 7 days of paying and we'll refund the full amount. Details are in the Refund Policy.

7. Hiring us on Fiverr

Reports may link to our Fiverr gig for hands-on help. Work ordered there is a separate agreement made on Fiverr under Fiverr's terms.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload: screenshots, exports and descriptions. You allow us to process it only to produce your reports. Uploaded files are deleted 30 days after upload.

9. No warranty

The service is provided as is. We don't promise that it will find every problem, that it will always be available, or that following a fix step will produce a particular result in your ad accounts.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or ad spend.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may close accounts that break these terms.

12. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We'll try to settle any dispute by talking first; failing that, by arbitration in Shenzhen.
