Questions
- What counts as one store?
- One domain. shop.com and www.shop.com are the same store; shop.com and eu.shop.com are two.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. You pay once. After 30 days the fix steps lock again, and you can buy again if you need them.
- How do I get a refund?
- Email support@solvir.net within 7 days of paying, from your account email, with the order number from your account page. We refund in full; it usually reaches your card in 5 to 10 business days.
- Who processes the payment?
- Waffo, as Merchant of Record. They handle the card payment, sales tax and receipts. Prices are in US dollars.
- What if the free checks run out?
- They reset every day at midnight UTC. Stores you've paid for have their own limit of 10 a day.
