Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-17

Pixel Audit is committed to clear and predictable billing. This page explains what is refundable, what is not, and how to request a refund or cancel a subscription.

1. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of the original purchase. The refund amount is tiered by the percentage of credits already used in the current billing cycle: less than 50% used — full refund; 50%–80% used — partial refund proportional to the unused portion; 80% or more used — not refundable (contact us for manual review if there are special circumstances). After seven days, subscriptions are no longer self-service refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Credit packs

Credit packs (one-time purchases of 100 / 300 credits) are non-refundable once any portion of the purchased credits has been redeemed against an audit. If no credits from a pack have been used, you can request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by emailing support.

3. How to cancel a subscription

  • Open your account settings and click "Manage subscription" — this opens the Paddle customer portal.
  • Or email support@solvir.net from the address registered on your Pixel Audit account and we will cancel for you within one business day.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@solvir.net with your account email and the Paddle transaction ID. We will respond within two business days and, if eligible, issue the refund via Paddle. Funds typically reach your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing questions can be resolved within one business day. Chargebacks issued without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle and may carry the descriptor "PADDLE.NET" on your statement.
